Welcome to QuizWise, a project by MayR Labs. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QuizWise platform ("Service").

By using QuizWise, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, you shouldn’t use the Service. Simple as that.

1. Use of the Service

QuizWise is free to use and designed for educational and entertainment purposes. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt it, or access it in any unauthorised way (e.g., scraping, hacking, or pretending to be Elon Musk).

2. AI-Generated Content

All quizzes, answers, and recommendations are generated using Google’s Gemini AI. We strive for relevance and accuracy—but:

  • The information may not be perfect.
  • It should not be considered professional, academic, or legal advice.
  • You take the quiz, you own the consequences.

3. Intellectual Property

QuizWise’s design, branding, interface, features, and original content are the exclusive property of MayR Labs.

You may not copy, distribute, or repurpose anything without written permission. The AI-generated content is used under licensing and is also subject to third-party terms.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service may display third-party ads or content (e.g., Google AdMob). We don’t control what those parties do and are not responsible for their content, actions, or tracking practices. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any loss, damage, or embarrassment caused by a wrong answer.
  • Missed job interviews because you thought React was a backend framework.
  • Or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that come from using—or misusing—QuizWise.

Use it at your own risk. It's a tool, not an oracle.

6. Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. No drama—just evolution.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles. Legal matters will be handled in competent Nigerian courts.
